Job Description
As a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM), you’ll be a trusted advisor to industrial clients, guiding them through the adoption, operationalization, and optimization of Dragos solutions. Your work ensures customers gain measurable value and long-term success. You’ll collaborate with customer stakeholders, security teams, and internal teams to align technical delivery with business goals. This role blends OT/ICS cybersecurity expertise with strong relationship skills and the ability to turn complex use cases into impactful outcomes—helping customers mature their security posture, reduce risk, and get the most from the Dragos platform.
Act as the technical advocate for assigned accounts across onboarding, implementation and ongoing support. Guide customers in the operationalization of key use cases and the integration of Dragos into existing workflows. Deliver regular account reviews, roadmap alignment and platform optimization guidance. Support the development and execution of get-well plans for at-risk or underutilized accounts. Collaborate with Customer Success, Support, Product and Sales to ensure seamless engagement across all stages. Translate customer goals into technical strategies that deliver business outcomes. Monitor customer health metrics and proactively mitigate risks to value realization. Deliver training and enablement to improve customer proficiency and platform adoption. Serve as a subject matter expert for OT cybersecurity topics, contributing to customer workshops, QBR and executive briefings. Travel as required across the region (up to 30%) to support relationship-building and on-site collaboration.
