What You Will Do:
- Drive fast-paced, complex research projects through thoughtful planning
- Identify inefficiencies in research workflows and implement process improvements
- Troubleshoot data issues, resolve flags, and share learnings to enhance data quality
Project Management and Cross-Team Collaboration:
- Lead one or more research verticals to ensure accurate, timely and robust data delivery
- Independently develop project checkpoints, milestones, and dashboards
- Scope out new research projects and communicate requirements around timeline, scope and staffing
Management:
- Foster a culture of feedback, learning, and continuous improvement across the team
- Serve as an effective and responsive manager, supervisor or mentor for other team members
- Regularly train others on complex data processes and tools
