Tech Lead

We’re looking for a tech lead to develop the platform to support the full lifecycle of protocol feature development. This encompasses all protocol developer tooling and frameworks to enable protocol engineers to ship capabilities quickly and confidently on stable foundations. This is a critical and high-impact role responsible for driving the roadmap and delivery of capabilities that accelerate protocol feature development for both OP Labs engineering teams and the broader Collective. Architect and implement tools, frameworks, SDKs and APIs to increase protocol development velocity and create an industry-leading protocol developer experience. Drive the execution of the protocol developer experience roadmap in close partnership with Engineering Management, Product and Engineering stakeholders. Act as a force multiplier for the team - drive the technical vision and architecture for protocol developer tooling and mentor other engineers. Be highly customer-centric, partnering closely with other engineering teams and stakeholders to understand protocol developer needs and rapidly deliver impactful solutions.
