Job Description
As a Technical Account Manager at Harper, you will be the primary technical point of contact for a set of strategic customers. You will work closely with customers to understand their technical needs, provide technical guidance, and resolve technical issues. You will also work with the engineering team to identify and prioritize customer requirements, and to advocate for customer needs within the organization. Responsibilities include building strong relationships with key technical decision-makers, providing technical support, troubleshooting complex issues, and tracking customer requests. Off-hours customer support may be needed, especially during periods of high demand or while the formal support team is being established.
