Role Summary:
- Accountable for driving disciplined, evidence-based delivery of an allocated Highlander deployment cluster from discovery through hypercare exit.
- Sits within PMO team to provide dedicated project management ownership per cluster.
- Translates global methodology into live cluster plan and orchestrates workstreams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead development of project plans, timelines, and milestones using MS Project Online and DevOps.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to allocate resources and manage scope.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Requirements:
- Strong project management experience on ERP, D365 F&SCM, business transformation programmes.
- Proven ability to manage complex integrated plans, governance, risks, and reporting.
- Experience with global stakeholders, manufacturing sites, and external partners.
