Senior CRO Specialist

Seeking a Senior CRO Specialist to accelerate conversion optimization and user experience improvements across our digital properties. You'll lead landing page builds from brief to launch, drive testing velocity, and uncover user behavior insights that fuel continuous growth. This role is essential to maintaining our experimentation momentum while our team scales rapidly. You'll work cross-functionally with designers, developers, and growth leads to translate user insights into high-converting experiences and build scalable CRO processes. In this role, you will lead landing page builds, launch and QA structured tests, track performance and surface insights, build and maintain testing roadmaps and analyze user behavior through scrollmaps, heatmaps, and session recordings.
