Play a critical role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable, secure infrastructure to support the data team’s development workflows. This high-impact role focuses on DataOps practices, especially in serverless environments and big data domains, enabling frictionless delivery cycles and seamless automation for data infrastructure. Design Scalable Infrastructure – Develop and maintain scalable, secure cloud infrastructure using AWS and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices to support fast-growing data needs. Automate Deployment Pipelines – Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions to enable robust, repeatable deployment processes. Champion Serverless Practices – Implement and manage serverless technologies like AWS Lambda and Step Functions, reducing operational overhead and boosting scalability. Drive Collaboration – Partner with Data Engineering and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on infrastructure needs and efficient delivery. Optimize System Monitoring – Integrate monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, AWS CloudWatch) to maintain visibility, reliability, and performance across environments. Ensure Security and Access Controls – Implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) using AWS IAM to safeguard systems while enabling team productivity. Improve Documentation – Maintain detailed documentation for infrastructure, deployment, and CI/CD processes to support onboarding and ongoing team learning.
