Qualifications:
- Requires 4+ years of experience in retention, lifecycle, or email marketing roles, ideally in an e-commerce setting.
- Must have experience executing email marketing campaigns and strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Should possess strong analytical skills to interpret data, run tests, and make data-driven marketing decisions.
