Responsibilities include:

  • Executing multi-channel retention marketing programs across email, SMS, and more to increase engagement and customer lifetime value.
  • Managing campaigns from idea to launch, including calendar planning, creative briefing, and audience segmentation.
  • Diving into performance data to uncover opportunities and insights for campaign refinement through testing and personalization.

Qualifications:

  • Requires 4+ years of experience in retention, lifecycle, or email marketing roles, ideally in an e-commerce setting.
  • Must have experience executing email marketing campaigns and strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Should possess strong analytical skills to interpret data, run tests, and make data-driven marketing decisions.
