Senior Product Design Specialist

Accountabilities:

• Drive the complete design lifecycle, from user research and wireframing to prototyping and launch.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to develop intuitive interaction models.
• Create and maintain a design system for consistency and scalability across the product suite.

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in designing B2B SaaS products with a focus on data.
• Strong full-stack design skills from user research to polished visual design.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, startup environments while balancing long-term and short-term objectives.
