Senior Data Scientist - Member Experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a quality scoring classifier for support interactions using modern NLP and LLM-based approaches.
• Design new support performance metrics beyond volume and satisfaction reporting.
• Enhance forecasting models for support volume and staffing demand using strategic business signals.

Requirements:

• 6+ years in data science or machine learning with end-to-end ownership of business problems.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python with experience building analytical data models and production systems.
• Experience with NLP/LLM models, forecasting, and modern cloud data platforms.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with customer support, contact center, or CX data.
• Experience defining KPIs for vendor management or service quality.
• Background in subscription, consumer technology, or digital health.
