Litigation Associate

Support Scale’s commercial, financial services and IP litigation teams as a Litigation Associate. You will handle discovery, motion practice, research and writing, and attend court and deposition appearances. Our national, distributed model allows you to practice law in a fully-remote setting. You will have the opportunity to work directly with both local and national clients and to be mentored by client-focused attorneys who have practiced in-house, in government, and in the AmLaw 100. Scale operates on a non-traditional business model; expect a full-time engagement with eligibility for production bonuses starting at 1,250 billed hours annually. Associates are also eligible for origination payouts on matters that they bring to the firm. The firm also contributes to health insurance premiums for plans elected through Scale.
