Job Description
Develop detailed structural design layouts and 3D models for steel framing, concrete walls, foundations, and related structural components.
Utilize advanced 3D modeling tools and databases to generate design deliverables, BOMs, and commodity lists.
Act as a lead designer, coordinating and mentoring other team members throughout the design process.
Identify and resolve clashes or discrepancies in the 3D models, reporting status and progress to project leads.
Ensure that structural designs meet engineering requirements, safety standards, and project timelines.
