Virtual Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Provide high-quality virtual primary care through video visits, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and patient education to patients of all ages nationwide. Manage a panel of patients, delivering comprehensive care across acute, chronic, and preventive needs. Collaborate with the Care and Case Management team to develop care plans and support successful outcomes. Partner with supervising physicians as required by state and practice guidelines. Work with the Credentialing Team to obtain additional state licenses as needed. Maintain patient satisfaction and quality metrics by practicing evidence-based medicine. Utilize telehealth technology to deliver patient care and adhere to HIPAA and security regulations.
