Role Overview:
- Focus on building and scaling weather data systems that support smallholder farmers.
- Work across research, technology, program, and dissemination teams.
- Connect technical systems with practical field needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own technical and operational requirements for replicable weather data pipelines.
- Coordinate with dissemination teams to ensure automated farmer messages align with field research standards.
- Provide technical and data-quality guidance to Associate- and Manager-level colleagues.
Requirements & Experience:
- Degree in a technical or quantitative discipline such as computer science, data science, engineering, or economics.
- Experience building or overseeing data pipelines, ideally with real-time or automated data.
- Proficiency in tools such as Python, SQL, or comparable technologies.
Work Environment:
- Full-time and fully remote position based in India.
