Responsibilities:
- Prepare and/or review financial statements, work papers, and disclosures.
- Own quarterly and annual financial reporting controls.
- Own complex accounting areas like commissions and equity.
Qualifications:
- Big 4 experience and CPA required.
- Deep knowledge of ASC 230, 260, 350, 606, 718, 805.
- Strong research and communication skills.
