Employer Brand Team Lead

The Employer Brand Lead will develop and lead the Employer Branding strategy across global markets, aligned with company’ strategy and culture. Shape and articulate a compelling Employer Value Proposition (EVP) that corresponds to the company's needs. You will create and execute multi-channel EB campaigns, using social media, international digital platforms, remote job boards, online communities and other digital instruments. You'll drive and manage internal communications to ensure employees are informed, inspired, and aligned, lead and manage EB team, develop and track key EB performance metrics, lead remote hiring events, and lead the development of internal employer branding initiatives including corporate events.
