Healthcare Operations Access Specialist

PingWind is seeking a qualified Healthcare Operations Access Specialist to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). This role will support the adoption of operational processes to meet patient needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare operations and technical solutions, with strong communication skills. Responsibilities include analyzing and optimizing healthcare operational processes and patient access pathways, improving efficiency and care delivery, ensuring solutions comply with regulatory requirements, and aligning solutions with industry best practices for operational excellence. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, experience developing and implementing strategies for complex initiatives and developing technical requirements, strong facilitation and presentation skills, ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. The candidate should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized, and a U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain Public Trust clearance is needed.
