Senior Program Director – Product Development Programs

Lead and scale complex product development programs within a large enterprise technology environment. Guide strategy and execution across programs that promote product development. A background in Lean is important to ensure sustainable, data-driven improvements across the program lifecycle. Manage end-to-end program delivery across multiple teams and partners, focused on enhancing product development capabilities. Apply Lean principles to lead process efficiency, standardization, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with engineering, product management, UX, and platform teams to define program goals, success metrics, and delivery milestones. Establish governance, communication, and reporting structures to ensure transparency and accountability. Find and address risks, manage interdependencies, and remove execution roadblocks.
