Job Description
Create performance ads that convert to client revenue growth and new customer acquisition by utilizing data, research, and creative insights to formulate effective creative strategy. Analyze data in platforms like Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager, perform consumer, product, and competitor research, and identify effective concepts/trends in the social media ecosystem.
Participate in brainstorms with creative team, collaborating with Graphic Design, Brand, and Strategy leadership to produce performance-driven ad creative. Write briefs and copy for video and static image ads primarily in social media and ensure that all work reflects the brand's identity, style, and tone consistently.
Give feedback that aligns to the creative strategy of the ad, execute on feedback given by the Director of Creative Strategy, and contribute to shoot briefs that allow for successful capture of branded visual assets. Analyze the results of creative tests and utilize this analysis to iterate, conducting A/B tests to identify high-performing design variations and optimize creatives accordingly. Utilize data-driven insights and performance metrics to refine design elements for continuous improvement.
