About the Role:

  • Provide architectural guidance for data solutions, reviewing designs and proposals.
  • Work closely with data engineers and analysts to elevate technical quality.
  • Define standards for data layers, storage formats, partitioning, and query optimization.

Requirements:

  • Senior experience in Cloud Architecture, Data Architecture, or Big Data.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services (S3, Glue, Athena, Lambda, Step Functions, IAM, Lake Formation).
  • Knowledge of data lake and lakehouse architectures, serverless, and automation.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Apache Iceberg.
  • Experience in modern lakehouse architectures.
  • Experience mentoring junior profiles.
