Anchorage Digital’s trading desk is rapidly growing and seeking a Sales Trader to cover the desk and drive new business. You will interact directly with our many institutional clients, winning their trust by showcasing your market expertise and ensuring their trades are executed and settled properly. As a trading SME, you will have the opportunity to win new business by supporting sales efforts focused in North America.
We are investing heavily into our trading technology, and your front-line input will be valuable in prioritizing product features to grow our market share. You will expertly execute complex trades with a strict risk-first mindset, efficiently balance market risk with market impact, use judgment to choose optimal execution algorithm parameters, and closely monitor algorithm performance.
