Senior Salesforce Engineer

About the Role:

• We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Engineer to develop and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions that support critical internal workflows and customer-facing operations.
• This is a hands-on engineering role requiring strong Salesforce development expertise, comfort working across integrations and distributed systems, and a passion for building high-quality internal platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and declarative features.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external/internal systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and event-driven patterns.
• Support data migrations, imports/exports, and ongoing data quality initiatives while ensuring data integrity and security.

Experience and Skills:

• 3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce engineering experience with strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce automation.

• Working knowledge of Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
