The Closing and Post - Closing Specialist is responsible for supporting the loan funding lifecycle from the preparation of accurate closing documents through the execution and shipment of completed packages. This role ensures all documentation is complete, compliant, and correctly recorded. It involves coordinating with title companies and customers, authorizing the disbursement of funds, performing quality control checks, and managing the transition of files to custodians and asset management systems. The position requires precision, problem - solving, and adherence to regulatory and company standards, while also collaborating with internal stakeholders and mentoring junior staff as needed.
