Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Business Analyst to join our Digital team and play a key role in our Value Targeting & Digital Transformation Initiative. This role offers significant exposure to senior leadership and the chance to help shape the future of CAI through technology adoption, process reengineering, and change management. The Business Analyst will collaborate with business units to identify, assess, and prioritize high-value opportunities for change management, process reengineering, and digital transformation (including AI, ML, automation). They will also assist in building and maintaining CAI’s Digital Transformation Roadmap, highlighting opportunities in AI strategy, machine learning, automation, and continuous process improvement. The role involves serving as a key liaison between Digital and business units, ensuring professional and clear communication.
