Responsibilities:
- Support the monthly close process by preparing reports, tracking deliverables, and ensuring a smooth and timely close.
- Analyze the income statement, balance sheet, and statement of cash flows to understand business performance and identify key drivers.
- Prepare detailed variance analyses by comparing actual results against forecasts and prior periods.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with strong grasp of finance principles.
- 2-4 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or similar finance role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
