Systems Administration:
- Automate installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating environments.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and respond to incidents.
- Participate in an on-call rotation after becoming proficient in core technologies.
Collaboration and Documentation:
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve technical problems and improve processes.
- Provide training and technical support to users and team members.
- Document procedures, incidents, and lessons learned.
