Systems Engineer II

Endpoint Management:

• Implement and manage IT Endpoint principles across Windows, Mac, and ChromeOS.
• Manage software updates and system patching through automation and scheduling tools.
• Maintain security and compliance across all endpoint environments.

Systems Administration:

• Automate installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating environments.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and respond to incidents.
• Participate in an on-call rotation after becoming proficient in core technologies.

Collaboration and Documentation:

• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve technical problems and improve processes.
• Provide training and technical support to users and team members.
• Document procedures, incidents, and lessons learned.
