Business Analyst

Act as the primary point of contact for VA stakeholders submitting software packaging and testing requests. Oversee the intake and validation of new application packaging requests, Validate ensuring required documentation and technical details are complete. Coordinate with Application Packagers and Testers to prioritize work, monitor deadlines, and manage task load. Support weekly status meetings and generate reports on request status, backlog, completion rates, and blockers. Collaborate with stakeholders to refine and enhance intake processes, documentation templates, and workflow steps.
