Job Description
Empower is looking for a talented analyst to join our high growth fintech startup and help develop and optimize our flagship cash advance product. This role presents an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our largest product line while working closely with cross-functional teams. As part of the Credit and Data Science team, you will focus on implementing and monitoring new risk models, collaborating with finance to assess and execute credit policies, and working with product teams to ideate and launch new features and improvements.
The ideal candidate is driven by a passion for leveraging data and analytics to fuel business growth and improve customer financial well-being. This individual will lead workstreams encompassing credit policy, product testing, and valuations, taking ownership from concept through to execution.
