About the Role:
- Own the full design process end-to-end from ambiguous problems to shipping solutions.
- Partner with the team on product direction and design philosophy.
- Drive consumer experience design across onboarding, social loops, and growth.
Must-Haves:
- Strong product thinking and ability to frame and solve problems independently.
- Consumer product background with experience designing for B2C at scale.
- Ownership mindset and comfort with experimentation and A/B testing.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with social/viral product mechanics.
- Background at companies like Spotify, Strava, Notion, or similar.
- Visual design craft and taste.
