Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain backend services and APIs for secure patient record exchange using FHIR.
- Build interoperability workflows for identity matching, data retrieval, and Release of Information.
- Integrate with EHR platforms and health networks using RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of software development experience with C# and .NET.
- Experience with FHIR standards and healthcare integrations.
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems, SQL, and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
