Role Overview:
- Lead security engineering for Coupa's cloud environment, architecting controls that scale across hundreds of accounts and services.
- Partner with Engineering, IT, and Compliance to ship durable, automated security tooling rather than one-off fixes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design multi-cloud security controls, including VPC segmentation, IAM policy, and Organizations/SCPs for guardrails.
- Harden containerized workloads with image scanning, admission control, and runtime detection.
- Manage vulnerability program and act as technical escalation point for incidents.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of security engineering experience with deep AWS security expertise.
- Production experience with Terraform, policy-as-code, and container/Kubernetes security tooling.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals in Python or Go, and CI/CD security integrations.
