Job Description
Assist with budget tracking, forecasting, invoice checks, accruals, and identifying project risks supporting variance reports, cash-flow forecasts, and leadership reviews. Help standardize cost, schedule, and risk tracking processes. Prepare concise financial and risk updates for project teams and leadership. Review contractor agreements, flag budget gaps, and highlight early risks during preconstruction. Coordinate with scheduling and delivery teams to resolve issues quickly. Link cost and schedule data for integrated project reporting. Deliver accurate outputs under senior guidance and travel to data center sites as needed.
