The Senior Manager, Finance Services will support financial reporting, transactional processes, project management, facilities management, insurance renewal and management, and administrative functions for the finance team. This role will assist in preparing financial reports, facilities management, transactional finance functions, and ensuring compliance with pass-through agreements.
Responsibilities include manage infrastructure of all Foundation offices including office location, layout, design, management, implementation of office improvement projects, procurement/inventory management of office supplies, and routine negotiation of office location leases and subleases. Prepare and distribute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Support the management and tracking of pass-through agreements, ensuring accurate documentation, financial reporting, and compliance with funding requirements. Support the project management of short and long-term finance initiatives to improve operational efficiency and enhance workflows across functional areas. Coordinate travel arrangements for the finance team.
