Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and conduct cutting-edge real-world evidence (RWE) analyses and predictive analytics across oncology, organ health, and women's health datasets.
- Develop and deploy advanced AI/ML models, including deep learning and NLP, to extract actionable clinical insights from multimodal real-world data.
- Integrate and manage large-scale genomic, clinical, and demographic datasets to support RWE studies.
Desired Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Genetics, or a related field with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
- Proven expertise in bioinformatics, particularly in cancer genomics and multi-omics data analysis.
- Strong proficiency in AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with RWD sources like EHR and claims data.
Compensation & Total Rewards:
- Base pay range of $158,000 - $197,500 USD per year, plus annual performance incentive bonus and long-term equity awards.
