Responsibilities:
- Serve as a consultative resource and partner in developing strategy for executing high-complexity projects with significant organizational impact.
- Interact with external stakeholders on priority initiatives and act as a representative of the executive team in these engagements.
Leadership and Management:
- Oversee hiring activities, manage team OKRs, and organize and facilitate team meetings to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Mentor data scientists on organizational engagement and provide guidance to managers within the AI team.
Operational Support:
- Manage intake processes for the AI team and coordinate external resources to drive the execution of critical projects.
- Prioritize work across initiatives, support build-versus-partner decisions, and drive execution toward established goals and deadlines.
