Job Description
Own the end-to-end curation, sourcing, and optimization of our subscription box offering. You will play a pivotal role in driving retention, elevating customer experience, and ensuring that every box delivers tangible value. This role is 60% product buying & supplier coordination, 20% customer insight & feedback, and 20% experience and retention optimization.
Curate and source all items for the subscription box, ensuring variety, quality, and alignment with brand identity.
Manage supplier relationships, negotiate terms, and ensure on-time deliveries.
Design and analyze surveys and feedback loops to understand customer preferences, satisfaction, and retention risks.
Implement data-driven product and box improvements based on insights.
Oversee box presentation, unboxing experience, and creative insert production (e.g. guides, magazines).
Collaborate with copywriters and designers to create high-quality branded assets.
Monitor churn rates, analyze cancellation reasons, and improve retention flows.
Launch loyalty programs, experience enhancements, and strategic initiatives to increase LTV.
Work closely with inventory, customer support, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product delivery and communication.
Act as the brandβs internal voice of the customer.
