The Senior Game Designer will design and prototype compelling large-scale open-world maps and survival game content, including NPC systems (enemies, wildlife), landmark design layout & integration, lootable content, and resource implementation & balancing. They will be directly hands-on in prototyping, tuning, and implementing survival systems (NPC AI, loot economy, resource balance, landmark logic). They will collaborate with cross-functional teams (art, engineering, audio, QA) to ensure design vision is realized. The designer will iterate on designs based on playtesting feedback, data analysis, and market trends. The designer will mentor junior designers and contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
