Shape the future of content and digital asset management systems by extending Figma’s existing ecosystem to natively manage the content, assets, and components of any digital product in production. Collaborate heavily with many teams across Figma including the Editor, Infrastructure, Build Tools, Growth + Monetization teams, and more. Combine experience with design systems, technical expertise, and empathy for teams who rely daily on CMS / DAM products.
Partner with product, design, and engineering leadership to define, sharpen, and execute the long-term strategy of Figma’s future CMS. Align team around solutions to complex infrastructure-related product requirements. Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and communicate the value of foundational improvements across the organization.
