This is an entry-level, high-ownership role for someone early in their analytics career who wants to learn how data drives a value-based cardiology business.
You'll report to the Associate Director, Performance & Analytics and turn payer, clinical, and operational data into dashboards and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Support recurring performance reporting, including daily, weekly, and monthly packages for leadership.
Build and maintain dashboards and scorecards tracking leading indicators and operational performance across payer programs.
Pull, validate, and QA data from operational systems to ensure accurate reporting.

What You'll Achieve in Your First 90 Days:

Build a working understanding of Chamber's payer contracts and the metrics that support them.
Independently run and maintain a set of recurring reports and dashboards delivered accurately.
Take ownership of at least one dashboard or scorecard end to end.
