Director, Patient Experience Data & Analytics

Data Management:

• Oversee regulatory patient experience survey operations, vendor coordination, and CMS HCAHPS compliance.
• Lead validation and timely submission of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly survey data.
• Partner with IT and data engineering teams to standardize technical data architecture and workflows.

Analytics:

• Conduct enterprise-level analytics to identify performance trends and translate findings into strategic recommendations.
• Develop predictive models for early detection of patient dissatisfaction and service breakdown.
• Design and maintain automated dashboards and self-service reporting tools for leadership.

Collaboration and Training:

• Partner with corporate departments to remediate reporting issues and support new hospital openings.
• Lead organizational training on analytics tools and data interpretation.
• Serve as subject matter expert on coding changes, EHR workflows, and survey-impacting systems.
