Immigration Attorney - EOIR

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated EOIR Attorney to gain valuable experience and further their career with an established firm. As the EOIR Attorney, you will report to the Sr. Associate Attorney, you will also manage your caseload, as well as client interaction, and can collaborate with our wonderful Immigration Team of Attorneys and legal assistants. This is a remote position requiring in-person court appearances. Responsibilities include explaining immigration concepts and strategizing solutions, representing individuals in removal proceedings, managing caseloads, visiting detained individuals, preparing immigration applications, reviewing application packets, presenting to law enforcement, and providing legal analysis. Qualifications include 1-5 years of Immigration Law Experience, interpersonal skills of the highest caliber, and experience with Case Management Software is preferred.
