Senior Program Officer

VentureWell is seeking a Senior Program Officer to work with existing and new programs. The ideal candidate will have experience running programs for early-stage entrepreneurs and experience as an innovator, entrepreneur, or early-stage investor. This role involves programmatic leadership in accelerator programs for science and technology startup founders, with a focus on the Ocean Enterprise Accelerator and other climate-related accelerators with about 25% travel. Responsibilities include entrepreneurship program management and delivery, relationship management, thought leadership, and subject matter expertise. The role involves overseeing accelerator programs, managing cohorts, and using expertise to help ventures grow and become investment-ready. Will provide commercialization support to science and technology startup founders including but not limited to providing guidance on customer economic use cases, financial projections and milestone planning, product readiness, customer discovery coaching, fundraising strategy development, etc.
