Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as compliance SME for NERC standards.
  • Implement and improve Plus Power’s compliance program.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and prioritize compliance risks.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years' experience in implementing and/or maintaining a NERC compliance program
  • Ability to explain NERC Reliability Standard analysis
  • Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
