Senior Associate Consultant

As a Senior Associate Consultant (SAC) within SenseLab, you will help power Avalere Health’s integrated research and experience strategy (CX) capability. You will be at the intersection of customer insight, consulting, and coordination, playing a pivotal role in shaping and delivering high-quality projects across the SenseLab portfolio. This role combines insight-led consulting with strong project management and coordination responsibilities. You will partner with Consultants and Senior Consultants to design and deliver impactful work while also ensuring that project teams remain aligned, timelines are met, and budgets are well managed. You’ll gain exposure to cutting-edge research and design approaches, cross-functional collaboration, and global healthcare challenges, while contributing to Avalere Health’s mission of bringing Every Patient Possible into focus.
