Job Description

The Cleo Specialist will provide accurate information about Cleo’s support offerings through various communication channels, actively listening to members' concerns and collaborating on personalized family support plans. This role involves delivering empathetic support in one-on-one settings via Zoom, facilitating educational classes and peer support groups, and creating group curricula and content. The specialist will also maintain member interaction records, contribute to process improvements, and participate in training to stay updated on industry trends. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
