About the Role:
- We are seeking an experienced product design director to lead our design team and shape the product experience for all customers.
- This remote role is based in the United States with no relocation assistance.
What You'll Do:
- Lead, grow, coach and mentor a team of design managers.
- Engage with customers to deeply understand their operations and ship high-quality designs.
- Define and drive product design strategy across product areas.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of product design management experience with a strong portfolio.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners and hire top talent.
- Expertise in providing feedback that accelerates career growth and improves product quality.
