About the Role:
- Lead the product design team across Docker's product portfolio.
- Shape how the team works with AI tools, with human judgment leading.
- Work with design engineering and the design system team.
About You:
- You have led a product design team of comparable size through change.
- You still make things and can prototype, critique, and show work from the last year.
- You use AI tools in your daily work and can show how you use them.
Compensation & Benefits:
- United States base salary range: $206,500 – $295,000.
- All full-time roles include equity.
- Generous PTO, parental leave, and comprehensive benefits.

- Remote-first by design, with offices in Seattle and Paris.
