Essential Functions:
- Onsite commissioning and qualification activities for packaging formats across various fill processes.
- Coordinate multiple projects of varying complexity simultaneously.
- Collect, analyze, and present testing data to support project decisions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years experience in packaging or related engineering/manufacturing fields.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Packaging, or related field required.
- Proven experience in commissioning and qualification of packaging systems.
Competencies:
- Foundational knowledge of packaging processes including injection molding, blow molding, and filling.
- Strong expertise in beverage filling processes and high-speed manufacturing.
- Proficiency in root cause analysis and technical troubleshooting.
