Job Description

The CETO - CRM Engineering & Transformation Office Team is responsible for all Lifecycle processes and systems that are anchored on delivering the best customer and partner experience including Market-to-Lead, Order-to-Cash, Service Delivery, Customer Success to Support-to-Advocacy, Renewal to Booking, and key processes in the customer / partner journey. You will be interacting directly with Product Owners, Business Analyst, Technical Architects and IT development teams as part of your project work. Responsibilities include designing and developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals as well as implementing and supporting Salesforce integrations with other internal and external systems. You will also be assisting in the design, development, and deployment of integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform by developing APIs and integrations that connect various systems and applications. You'll also be managing the Salesforce development lifecycle, including testing, deployment, and maintenance of applications
