Assist in developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, working proactively to support client leads in executing product sales for our growing client base. Successful candidates will be responsible for:
Delivering top-tier customer service to product sales clients, ensuring their needs are met with precision and care;
Facilitating the onboarding process for new clients as it relates to product buys or strategic services;
Communicating with clients regarding requests to facilitate product buys;
Driving efficient workflows and overseeing the smooth execution of product orders;
Supporting with the day-to-day management of client relationships and satisfaction;
Responding to client questions and needs in a timely manner, with accurate information, and the appropriate next steps for internal and external teams;
Supporting the research and development of online and integrated fundraising and communications strategies, including the design and management of communications calendars for strategic services clients;
Assessing and identifying opportunities by working closely with client teams to assess buy needs, identify new opportunities for growth, and pinpoint potential for product renewals or recurring buys;
Cross-team collaborating, including with technology and creative when needed, to assist in managing resources and project timelines;
Regular reporting and administrative support execution, including updating trackers, invoicing, and facilitating agreement signatures;
Supporting the achievement of clientsβ fundraising and engagement goals.
